Ingredients

½cupSoy flour
1teaspoonSea salt
½teaspoonSage
7cupsCold water

Directions

Mix meal, flour and sage. Stir in the water and salt slowly. Bring to simmer. Cover and cook about 45 minutes. Include a few chopped jalapeno peppers and tamari if you like.
