Ingredients

1½ | cup | Stoneground cornmeal |
½ | cup | Soy flour |
1 | teaspoon | Sea salt |
½ | teaspoon | Sage |
7 | cups | Cold water |
Directions
Mix meal, flour and sage. Stir in the water and salt slowly. Bring to simmer. Cover and cook about 45 minutes. Include a few chopped jalapeno peppers and tamari if you like.
