2cupsCorn flour
Salt
Butter
Fresh cheese or cottage cheese

Directions

Bring water and salt to a boil. Stir in corn flour in a shower, stirring constantly until very thick. Let simmer, stirring 15 minutes. Wet a mold and pour in the mixture. Let cool until firm. Unmold onto a dish Serve with melted buttr and cheese According to my mother Momeligue is good if you can cut it with a string.
