Corn bread dressing

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 Box corn bread mix
½ cup Celery, chopped fine
1 cup Green onion tops, chop fine
1 cup Parsley, chopped fine
½ pounds Ground veal
½ pounds Ground liver
4 slices Bacon
2 cups Chopped onion
½ cup Green pepper, chopped fine
1 Stick oleo or butter
½ pounds Ground pork
1 can Mushroom soup
1 Soup can of water

Fry bacon until well done. Add onions, celery and green pepper; cook until tender. Add veal, pork, and liver. Cook 1 hour on low flame. Add soup and water, stir well, add green onions and parsley. Season to taste.
