Corn bread dressing

Ingredients

1 | Box corn bread mix | |
½ | cup | Celery, chopped fine |
1 | cup | Green onion tops, chop fine |
1 | cup | Parsley, chopped fine |
½ | pounds | Ground veal |
½ | pounds | Ground liver |
4 | slices | Bacon |
2 | cups | Chopped onion |
½ | cup | Green pepper, chopped fine |
1 | Stick oleo or butter | |
½ | pounds | Ground pork |
1 | can | Mushroom soup |
1 | Soup can of water |
Directions
Fry bacon until well done. Add onions, celery and green pepper; cook until tender. Add veal, pork, and liver. Cook 1 hour on low flame. Add soup and water, stir well, add green onions and parsley. Season to taste.
