Corn bread dressing

Ingredients

1Box corn bread mix
½cupCelery, chopped fine
1cupGreen onion tops, chop fine
1cupParsley, chopped fine
½poundsGround veal
½poundsGround liver
4slicesBacon
2cupsChopped onion
½cupGreen pepper, chopped fine
1Stick oleo or butter
½poundsGround pork
1canMushroom soup
1Soup can of water

Directions

Fry bacon until well done. Add onions, celery and green pepper; cook until tender. Add veal, pork, and liver. Cook 1 hour on low flame. Add soup and water, stir well, add green onions and parsley. Season to taste.
