Corn and salsa chicken packets

Ingredients

4Skinless boneless chicken breast halves
½cupThick and chunky salsa
2cupsFrozen or canned corn; drained
½cupFresh tomatoes; chopped
1cupCheddar cheese; shredded
4Sheets Reynolds Wrap heavy duty aluminum foil; (12x18 inches each)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 2. Center chicken breast half on each foil sheet. Spoon salsa evenly over chicken. Top with vegetables.

3. Wrap and seal foil to form four packets.

4. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes on a cookie sheet in the oven. To serve, spoon vegetables and sauce over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese.
