Company chicken #2

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Chicken; cut up
½ cup Flour
¼ cup Cooking oil
1 large Onion; diced
1 large Bell pepper; diced
2 cans Stewed tomatoes; sliced
1 \N Clove garlic; minced
1 cup Raisins

Salt & pepper chicken as desired. Lightly flour pieces & brown in cooking oil in iron skillet. Remove chicken. Saute onion & bell pepper in remaining oil. Add tomatoes, garlic & raisins. Simmer sauce for 10 minutes. Arrange chicken in baking dish & pour sauce over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes. Serve with rice. (Chicken breasts may be used, if desired.)
