2 quarts | Cucumbers -- diced |
2 larges | Onions -- diced |
6 \N | Red and green bell peppers |
\N \N | Seeded and chopped |
3 cups | Vinegar |
2 cups | Sugar |
1 tablespoon | Mustard seed |
1 tablespoon | Celery seed |
1 teaspoon | Turmeric |
Combine the cucmbers and onions, salt and let stand for 3 hours, then drain. Add the remaining ingredients and cook until tender. Bottle in hot sterilized jars. Seal at once.
