Eggnog coffee

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Brandy
1½ tablespoon Dark rum
1 tablespoon Brown sugar, firmly packed
1½ teaspoon Instant espresso powder or instant coffee powder
2 cups Purchased lowfat eggnog
¼ cup Frozen dessert topping
⅛ teaspoon Ground nutmeg

Combine first 4 ingredients in a pitcher until sugar and espresso powder dissolve. Stir in eggnog. Cover and refrigerate. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Serve in cups with a dollop of topping, and sprinkle with a dash of nutmeg.
