Eggnog coffee

Ingredients

¼cupBrandy
tablespoonDark rum
1tablespoonBrown sugar, firmly packed
teaspoonInstant espresso powder or instant coffee powder
2cupsPurchased lowfat eggnog
¼cupFrozen dessert topping
teaspoonGround nutmeg

Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in a pitcher until sugar and espresso powder dissolve. Stir in eggnog. Cover and refrigerate. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Serve in cups with a dollop of topping, and sprinkle with a dash of nutmeg.
