Amish custard pie

Measure Ingredient
⅓ cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Flour
½ teaspoon Salt
3 \N Eggs
3 cups Milk
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
1 \N 9\" unbaked pie shell

Combine sugar, flour, salt and eggs and mix until smooth. Heat milk to boiling point. Add 1 cup hot milk to egg mixture. Pour that into the remaining hot milk.

Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle nutmeg over top. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45-60 minutes.
