Coconut and peanut butter sauce

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Unsweetened coconut milk
¼ cup Peanut butter
1 medium Green chili pepper; seeded, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Cilantro; snipped
½ teaspoon Lemon peel; shredded
½ teaspoon Fish sauce or 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
\N \N Milk

Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan. Cook and stir over medium heat till bubbly. Reduce hat; simmer, uncovered, 5-10 minutes. If sauce is too thick, stir in a little milk. Serve warm with Indonesian Beef-Coconut Balls.
