Coconut and peanut butter sauce

¾cupUnsweetened coconut milk
¼cupPeanut butter
1mediumGreen chili pepper; seeded, finely chopped
1tablespoonCilantro; snipped
½teaspoonLemon peel; shredded
½teaspoonFish sauce or 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
Milk

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan. Cook and stir over medium heat till bubbly. Reduce hat; simmer, uncovered, 5-10 minutes. If sauce is too thick, stir in a little milk. Serve warm with Indonesian Beef-Coconut Balls.
