Measure | Ingredient |

¾ cup | Unsweetened coconut milk |
¼ cup | Peanut butter |
1 medium | Green chili pepper; seeded, finely chopped |
1 tablespoon | Cilantro; snipped |
½ teaspoon | Lemon peel; shredded |
½ teaspoon | Fish sauce or 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce |
\N \N | Milk |
Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan. Cook and stir over medium heat till bubbly. Reduce hat; simmer, uncovered, 5-10 minutes. If sauce is too thick, stir in a little milk. Serve warm with Indonesian Beef-Coconut Balls.
