Citrus cous cous

Ingredients

| 8 | ounces | Dry cous cous |
| 1½ | cup | Water |
| 1 | teaspoon | Fresh chopped dill |
| 1 | teaspoon | Fresh chopped mint |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | tablespoon | Brown sugar |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | White pepper |
| 1 | tablespoon | Olive oil |
| 1 | can | Mandarin oranges |
Directions
1) Place water, salt sugar, pepper olive oil, and in a sauce pan and bring to a boil
2) Remove from heat and add cous cous cover and let stand for about 7 minutes
3) Fold in oranges, juice, and fresh herbs 4) Let stand for 2-3 minutes
