cupWater
1teaspoonFresh chopped dill
1teaspoonFresh chopped mint
½teaspoonSalt
1tablespoonBrown sugar
teaspoonWhite pepper
1tablespoonOlive oil
1canMandarin oranges

Directions

1) Place water, salt sugar, pepper olive oil, and in a sauce pan and bring to a boil

2) Remove from heat and add cous cous cover and let stand for about 7 minutes

3) Fold in oranges, juice, and fresh herbs 4) Let stand for 2-3 minutes
