Cinnamon balls

Yield: 24 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
½ cup Corn flake crumbs
1 cup Soft butter or margarine
⅓ cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1 cup Finely chopped pecans
1½ cup Sifted powdered sugar

Sift flour & cinnamon. Mix with corn flake crumbs. Blend butter, sugar & vanilla. Add dry ingredients & pecans. Mix well. Shape into small balls & place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 about 25 minutes. Remove from baking sheet & roll at once in powdered sugar. Yields 4 dozen.
