Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Grated carrot
2 cups Grated potato
2½ cup Soft bread crumbs
2 cups Raisins
2 cups Currants
2 cups Brown sugar
1½ cup Suet or
1 cup Margarine
4 tablespoons Sour milk
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 cup Flour
2 teaspoons Salt
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
1 teaspoon Allspice
