Christmas crunch salad

Ingredients

4cupsFresh broccoli florets (about 3/4 pound)
4cupsFresh cauliflowerets (about 3/4 pound)
1mediumRed onion; chopped
2cupsCherry tomatoes; halved
1cupMayonnaise
½cupSour cream
1tablespoonSugar (up to 2)
1tablespoonWhite vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

DRESSING

In a large salad bowl combine vegetables. Whisk the dressing ingredients until smooth; pour over vegetables and toss to coat. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
