Chocolate-pecan frosting

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Evaporated milk
1½ cup Sugar
¼ cup Plus 2 tb butter or
\N \N Margarine
4 \N Egg yolks
1½ cup Flaked coconut
1½ cup Chopped pecans
1½ teaspoon Vanilla extract

Combine first four ingredients in a heavy saucepan; bring to a boil and cool over medium heat 12 minutes stirring constantly. Add Coconuts, pecans and vanilla; stir until cool and thick enough to spread.
