Chocolate waffles #2

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Cake flour; sifted
2 teaspoons Baking powder
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
½ cup Butter
1 cup Sugar
2 \N Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 ounces Unsweetened chocolate
½ cup Milk

From: Joel.Ehrlich@... (Joel Ehrlich) Date: Mon, 5 Jun 1995 06:45:06 GMT Sift the flour. Combine with the other dry ingredients and resift. Cream the butter with the sugar. Beat the eggs in one at a time. Add the vanilla.

Melt, cool and add the chocolate. Divide the sifted ingredients into three parts and add, one part at a time, alternating with the milk. Bake as you would any other waffles.
