Yield: 16 Cookies
|¼ cup||Peanut butter chips|
|1||Basic Cookie Dough I; Chocolate|
|1 tablespoon||Unsweetened cocoa powder|
|1 tablespoon||Icing sugar|
1. In small bowl, mix together cocoa and icing sugar.
2. Mix chips thoroughly into dough. Roll into 8" log and slice into 16 pieces. Roll each into ball, flatten slightly and place 1" apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 mins until tops look dry. Remove to rack and dush with cocoa mixture while still warm.
