Chocolate icebox cake

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Cube Butter
1 cup Flour
1 cup Walnuts
8 ounces Cream Cheese
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1 cup Cool Whip

*** CAKE *** Mix together and put in pan. Bake for 15 min. *** FROSTING *** Mix and spread on top of crust. 2 small packages of chocolate instant pudding (follow directions on PKG) Then spread over cream cheese. Add rest of Cool whip on top, add nuts.
