Chocolate glaze 1

Measure Ingredient
4 ounces Semisweet chocolate,
\N \N Chopped
3 tablespoons Butter
1½ cup Sifted confectioners' sugar

In a heavy-based saucepan or in top of a double boiler, melt chocolate with butter. Whisk in sugar, a little at a time. Whisk in about 3 tablespoons water to thin sauce to glazing consistency. Use immediately or keep warm until ready to use. Yield: enough to glaze about 1½ Dozen Doughnuts
