Chocolate cut-out cookies

2 \N Sticks; (1 cup) margarine
2 cups Sugar
3 \N Eggs
3 teaspoons Vanilla
3 cups All-purpose flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
10 tablespoons Unsweetened cocoa powder

Combine flour, cocoa powder and backing powder; add and mix well. Wrap dough in waxed paper and chill for 2 hours. Divide dough in half. Roll out each half ½-inch thick. Cut with cookie cutters; place on lightly greased cookie sheets and bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes.
