Chocolate chip cereal cookies

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | White sugar |
| 1 | cup | Brown sugar |
| 1 | cup | Shortening |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 2½ | cup | Flour |
| 1 | teaspoon | Soda |
| 1 | teaspoon | Baking powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| 2 | tablespoons | Peanut butter |
| 1 | cup | Rice Krispies or Corn Flakes |
| 1 | cup | Oatmeal |
| 1 | Bag (12 oz.) chocolate chips | |
Directions
Cream shortening and sugars. Beat eggs and add to mixture. Add vanilla and peanut butter, mix well. Add cereal and oatmeal, mix well. Add flour, soda and baking powder, blend. Form into balls and press lightly with fork. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
