Chinese-style pasta salad - country living

Ingredients

1 | pack | 8-oz rotini (spirals) |
2 | tablespoons | Margarine |
1½ | teaspoon | Hot chili oil |
2 | cups | Sugar-snap pea pods, tips and strings removed |
⅓ | cup | Coarsely chopped walnuts |
¼ | teaspoon | Chinese five-spice powder |
Directions
1. Prepare rotini pasta following package directions.
2. Meanwhile, in large, nonstick skillet, heat margarine and oil over md heat. Add peas and cook, stirring, until brightly colored and tender. Stir in walnuts and five-spice powder and cook until walnuts are lightly toasted-about 2 minutes.
3. Toss sugar-snap-pea mixture with drained cooked pasta. Serve immediately.
