Chinese chicken livers

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Chicken livers
2 tablespoons Honey
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon White wine
¼ cup Vegetable oil
1 Or 2 cloves minced garlic

Wash chicken livers and pat dry. Combine other ingredients, adding oil last. Marinate livers in the honey mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. I usally turn the livers about half way.
