1 cup Onion; chopped finely
1 \N Clove garlic; chopped finely
2 tablespoons Chili powder
1¼ cup Condensed tomato soup; undiluted
2 cups Kidney beans
1 tablespoon Malt vinegar
¼ teaspoon Salt (all right)

From: "Lisabeth Crawford (Pooh)" <104105.1416@...> Brown beef in hot pan, stir in onion, arlic, and chili powder. Cook, stirring often until onion is tender; add rest of indgredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes.
