Chicken wrapped in bacon

Measure Ingredient
Boneless chicken breast
Dried beef strips
8 oz. sour cream
Cream of celery soup
1 chicken breast=1 serving.

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cut bacon strips into three peices and wrap chicken breast. Line large casserole or pan with dried beef strips.(at least 1 strip per chicken breast). Place chicken breast on top of beef. Add a little water and bake about 45 minutes at 375 degrees.

Mix together sour cream and cream of celery soup and pour over the chicken and return to oven for an additional 15 to 20 minutes.

Good served with rice.
