Wild rice chicken salad

¼ | teaspoon | Basil |
3 | cups | Chicken; cooked cubed |
3 | cups | Wild rice; cooked |
½ | cup | Green onion; sliced |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
1 | cup | Cashews; salted |
½ | pounds | Green grapes; halved (1 cup) Opt. |
Directions
Blend mayonnaise, buttermilk, lemon juice and basil. Set aside. Combine chicken, wild rice, green onions, salt and pepper. Stir in mayonnaise mixture until blended. Chill, covered 2-3 hours.
