Wild rice chicken salad

| ⅓ | cup | Buttermilk |
| 1 | teaspoon | Lemon juice |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Basil |
| 3 | cups | Chicken; cooked cubed |
| 3 | cups | Wild rice; cooked |
| ½ | cup | Green onion; sliced |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | cup | Cashews; salted |
| ½ | pounds | Green grapes; halved (1 cup) Opt. |
Directions
Blend mayonnaise, buttermilk, lemon juice and basil. Set aside. Combine chicken, wild rice, green onions, salt and pepper. Stir in mayonnaise mixture until blended. Chill, covered 2-3 hours.
