Wild rice chicken salad

3cupsChicken; cooked cubed
3cupsWild rice; cooked
½cupGreen onion; sliced
½teaspoonSalt
teaspoonPepper
1cupCashews; salted
½poundsGreen grapes; halved (1 cup) Opt.

Directions

Blend mayonnaise, buttermilk, lemon juice and basil. Set aside. Combine chicken, wild rice, green onions, salt and pepper. Stir in mayonnaise mixture until blended. Chill, covered 2-3 hours.
