1 cup | Wild rice |
⅓ cup | Minced red bell pepper |
2 tablespoons | Minced scallions |
¼ cup | Minced parsley |
¾ cup | Seedless grapes, cut in half |
¾ cup | Pecans, toasted |
Makes 4-½ cups
Bring 4 cups of wter and 1 tsp salt to a boil. Add rice and lower heat. cover and simmer for 50 minutes or until rice is tender. Drain well and let cool. In medium sized bowl, put cooked rice and remaining ingredients. Add dressing and mix gently. Use Orange Drambuie dressing.
