Chicken vegetable newburg

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Boneless chicken breast cut into 1\" cubes
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1½ cup Broccoli florets
1½ cup Cauliflower florets
1 \N Jar Chicken Tonight Cooking Sauce for Chicken Creamy Mushroom
⅓ cup Sherry
\N \N Hot,cooked rice

In a large skillet, thoroughly brown chicken in vegetable oil; drain fat. In a medium saucepan, lightly steam broccoli and cauliflower about 3 minutes; drain thoroughly. Add steamed vegetables, sauce and sherry to skillet. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve over hot, cooked rice.
