Chicken salad chiquita

⅓ | cup | Mayonnaise |
½ | Chiquita banana; diced | |
2 | tablespoons | Strawberries; diced |
2 | tablespoons | Pineapple; diced |
2 | tablespoons | Grapes; diced |
2 | tablespoons | Chopped scallions or |
Green onions | ||
½ | teaspoon | Celery salt |
¼ | teaspoon | Paprika |
¼ | teaspoon | Chili powder |
2 | tablespoons | Pecans (for garnish); toasted & chopped |
Directions
Combine all ingredients except pecans in bowl; toss gently to mix well.
Serve on a bed of lettuce or with whole grain bread for sandwiches. Garnish with pecans if desired. Makes 4 servings.
