Chicken paprika, light version

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 pounds Chicken breast halves
\N \N Without skin -- cut up
¼ cup Oil
¼ cup Onion -- minced
1 cup Mushrooms -- sliced
1 can Tomato soup, condensed
½ can Water -- if needed
1 cup Sour Cream, Imitation
1 \N Whole bay leaf
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Lightly dust chicken with flour. Saute quickly until browned. Remove from pan.

Saute onions & mushrooms until lightly browned.

Blend in rest of ingredients, bring to a simmer. Add chicken, and simmer, covered, for 30 to 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
