Chicken paprika, light version

Ingredients

| 3 | pounds | Chicken breast halves | 
| Without skin -- cut up | ||
| ¼ | cup | Oil | 
| ¼ | cup | Onion -- minced | 
| 1 | cup | Mushrooms -- sliced | 
| 1 | can | Tomato soup, condensed | 
| ½ | can | Water -- if needed | 
| 1 | cup | Sour Cream, Imitation | 
| 1 | Whole bay leaf | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt | 
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper | 
Directions
Lightly dust chicken with flour.  Saute quickly until browned.  Remove from pan.
Saute onions & mushrooms until lightly browned. 
Blend in rest of ingredients, bring to a simmer.  Add chicken, and simmer, covered, for 30 to 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
