Measure | Ingredient |

3 pounds | Chicken breast halves |
\N \N | Without skin -- cut up |
¼ cup | Oil |
¼ cup | Onion -- minced |
1 cup | Mushrooms -- sliced |
1 can | Tomato soup, condensed |
½ can | Water -- if needed |
1 cup | Sour Cream, Imitation |
1 \N | Whole bay leaf |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
¼ teaspoon | Pepper |
Lightly dust chicken with flour. Saute quickly until browned. Remove from pan.
Saute onions & mushrooms until lightly browned.
Blend in rest of ingredients, bring to a simmer. Add chicken, and simmer, covered, for 30 to 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
