Chicken fried pork chops

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 Pork chops, trimmed of fat
2 Eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons Water
¼ cup Flour
¾ cup Cornmeal

Whip eggs with water. Mix remaining ingredients and place on plate.
