3 | eaches | Garlic cloves, chopped |

1 | each | Green pepper, cut in slices |
1 | each | Onion, cut in slices |
1 | small | Can of tomato sauce |
⅓ | cup | Cooking oil |
¼ | cup | Cappers |
\N | \N | Petit pois |
2 | tablespoons | Salt |
½ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
1 | cup | Dry white wine |
1 | pounds | Potatoes |
Cut the chicken in pieces and marinate with lemon juice, garlic, onion and green pepper. Heat the oil and saute the chicken. Add the onion, green pepper, and lemon juice from the marinade, and then add the tomatoe sauce, petic pois, wine, salt and black pepper. When is almost done add the potatoes and finish cooking.If you want after is cooked add 1 cup of petit pois. Serves 8 portions and serve with white rice. Bon appetit.
