Chicken dijon pasta salad

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1¾ cup (4 oz) tri-color rotini uncooked
8 ounces (1 carton)low fat Yogurt; plain Dannon
⅓ cup Wheat germ; Kretschmer any flavor
3 tablespoons White wine vinegar;
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard;
⅛ teaspoon Black pepper;
1 cup Chicken breast; cooked
¾ cup Broccoli flowerets;
½ cup Tomato; seeded chopped
⅓ cup Red onion; chopped

Cook pasta according to package directions. In medium bowl, combine yogurt, wheat germ, vinegar, mustard and pepper; mix well. Add pasta and remaining ingredients: toss to coat. Serve immediately or chill before serving. Sprinkle with additional wheat germ before serving.
