Chicken dijon pasta salad

Ingredients

8ounces(1 carton)low fat Yogurt; plain Dannon
cupWheat germ; Kretschmer any flavor
3tablespoonsWhite wine vinegar;
1tablespoonDijon mustard;
teaspoonBlack pepper;
1cupChicken breast; cooked
¾cupBroccoli flowerets;
½cupTomato; seeded chopped
cupRed onion; chopped

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. In medium bowl, combine yogurt, wheat germ, vinegar, mustard and pepper; mix well. Add pasta and remaining ingredients: toss to coat. Serve immediately or chill before serving. Sprinkle with additional wheat germ before serving.
