Honey granola bars

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Flour |
| 1¾ | cup | Old-fashioned (not instant) oats |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Nutmeg |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | cup | Dark brown sugar |
| ⅓ | cup | Honey |
| ⅔ | cup | Butter, melted |
| ¼ | cup | Sunflower seeds |
| ½ | cup | Surrants or raisins |
| ½ | cup | Sliced almonds |
Directions
In small bowl, whisk together flour, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt; set aside. In large bowl, combine brown sugar, honey and melted butter. Blend in flour mixture and sunflower seeds, currnats and almonds. Press dough firmly into bottom of greased, 9"-square pan.
