Cherry cream filling

| 3 | ounces | Cream Cheese; softened |
| ¼ | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | Egg | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Vanilla Extract |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Almond Extract |
| ⅓ | cup | Maraschino Cherries; Chopped, well drained |
| 2 | drops | Red Food Coloring; optional |
Directions
1. Beat cream cheese and sugar in small bowl on medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Add egg, vanilla and almond extract; beat well.
(Mixture will be thin.)
2. Stir in cherries and food coloring, if desired.
