Cherry cream filling

3ouncesCream Cheese; softened
¼cupSugar
1Egg
½teaspoonVanilla Extract
¼teaspoonAlmond Extract
cupMaraschino Cherries; Chopped, well drained
2dropsRed Food Coloring; optional

Directions

1. Beat cream cheese and sugar in small bowl on medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Add egg, vanilla and almond extract; beat well.

(Mixture will be thin.)

2. Stir in cherries and food coloring, if desired.
