15 ounces | Kidney beans; rinsed and drained |
6 ounces | Tomato paste |

3 tablespoons | Chili powder |
2 teaspoons | Cumin |
16 ounces | Cheez whiz |
4 cups | Cooked pasta; such as rotini macaroni or wagon wheels |
8 ounces | Sour cream |
Brown meat with onion on 4 qt dutch oven. Drain. Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in tomatoes, beans, tomato paste, water, chili powder and cumin. Cover; simmer 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
