Cheesy burger buns

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Yeast
3½ cup Bread flour
⅓ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
½ cup Milk; 80 deg
½ cup Water; 80 deg
2 tablespoons Shortening; 80 deg
1 \N Egg; room temp



Delicious with grilled hamburgers or cold meats.

After the machine has completed the second rising, it will beep. Remove the dough and divide into 2 parts. Divide each half into 4 pieces. Shape each piece into a smooth ball, place on greased cookie sheet, flatten to a 4" diameter. Cover; let rise in warm place about 15 minutes. Combine 1 slightly beaten egg and one tablespoon water; brush on buns; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees, 10 to 12 minutes.
