Two day burger buns

Yield: 36 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Sugar
2 packs (2 tbsp) yeast
1 cup Oil
4 cups Water
2 teaspoons Salt
13 cups Flour
1 \N P.m. - Mix, knead and set to raise.
6 \N P.m. - Punch down.
9 \N P.m. - Knead and then shape 1/2 cup-size balls of dough and

arrange on cookie sheet-size pieces of foil. Set to raise in warm place overnight. In the morning, begin baking them - 15 minutes at 400 F.

Makes 36 - 40 buns.
