Cheesecake dip

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 ounces Lowfat Neufchatel Cheese; Softened
3 packs Equal® Sweetener; or 2 Tbsp regular sugar
2 tablespoons Milk; 1% Lowfat
2 cups Cool Whip Lite®
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Beat cheese, sugar and milk until blended and smooth. Fold in whipped topping and vanilla. Serve with assorted fruits, cookies or cake cubes.

Makes 2 cups.
