Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Flour
18 ounces Cream cheese
1 teaspoon Lemon extract
20 \N Zweibach crushed with:
2 tablespoons Sugar -and-
2 tablespoons Butter; melted
½ cup Milk
⅛ teaspoon Salt
1½ cup Sour cream
½ cup Milk
6 \N Eggs; separated
1½ cup Sugar
9 \N Pan

Date: Sun, 25 Feb 1996 00:00:24 GMT Preheat oven to 350øF. Spray pan with Pam and line with buttered and sugared crumbs. Beat egg yolks well. Blend cream cheese with sugar and egg yolks beating until it is thoroughly creamed. Add flour and lemon extract and mix well. Add 1 cup sour cream, mix with milk, and blend into cheese mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold in. Pour into the prepared mold and bake at 350øF. for 1 hour. Turn off oven heat, set oven door ajar and leave cake in open oven for an additional hour. Unmold and serve.
