Cheese zucchini crisps

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
⅓ cup Cornflake crumbs
2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon Seasoned salt
1 dash Garlic powder
4 smalls Unpeeled zucchini; cut in 1/2\" strips
¼ cup Melted butter

Combine crumbs, cheese & seasonings; place in a plastic bag. Dip zucchini strips in butter & shake in the crumbs to coat. Place on a baking sheet; b ake 375 for 10 min or til crisp. 4 servings .
