Cheese topped french bread

Ingredients

1French bread stick
1cupMayonnaise
1cupUnsweetened yoghurt
1teaspoonCornflour
1mediumOnion; chopped
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
Cayenne pepper; pinch
1tablespoonChives; snipped
1tablespoonFresh oregano; chopped, (or 1 teaspoon of dried)
Paprika
2cupsTasty cheddar; grated

Directions

1.Cut the French bread stick lengthwise in two.

2.Combine all the remaining ingredients except the paprika.

3.Spread half the cheese topping mixture over each half. Sprinkle with the paprika.

4.Place the bread on an oven tray and heat at 180C for 15-20 minutes or until nicely browned and bubbly. Slice with a serrated knife before serving.
