Cheese cake napoli style

500 grams Ricotta cheese
150 grams Candied fruit
200 grams Sugar
50 grams Butter
5 \N Egg yolks
1 \N Egg
50 millilitres Rum
5 millilitres Vanilla
40 grams Lemon and orange skin
300 grams Flour
200 grams Butter
100 grams Sugar
1 \N Egg

Make the crust with mixed flour, sugar and egg. Mix all other ingredients together with cheese and lemon and orange skin. Spread the crust in a cake mould, fill with ricotta cheese mixture. Bake in oven 180 C for 40 mins.
