¼ | teaspoon | White pepper |
1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
3 | cups | Bread flour |
2 | tablespoons | Dry milk powder |
½ | teaspoon | Dough enhancer; (optional) |
1 | teaspoon | SAF yeast or 1-1/2 tsp Red Star yeast; (see note) |
Directions
Add the ingredients to your bread pan in the order given for your particular machine.
Note: The water and yeast may have to be adjusted according to the personality of your ABM.
