| 1 | can | (4.75-oz) liver pate |
| 1 | Jar (2-oz) black caviar | |
| 4 | packs | (3-oz) cream cheese |
| Melba toast rounds | ||
Directions
Pate, caviar and cheese should be at room temperature. Place cream cheese on waxed paper and roll and shape into a log. Spread the log evenly with liver pate, then cover with caviar. Wrap in clear plastic wrap. Chill at least one hour. Slice and serve with melba toast.
