Caviar log

Yield: 16 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can (4.75-oz) liver pate
1 \N Jar (2-oz) black caviar
4 packs (3-oz) cream cheese
\N \N Melba toast rounds

Pate, caviar and cheese should be at room temperature. Place cream cheese on waxed paper and roll and shape into a log. Spread the log evenly with liver pate, then cover with caviar. Wrap in clear plastic wrap. Chill at least one hour. Slice and serve with melba toast.
