5poundsPigs heads, kidney and toung
2xesOnions, medium, chopped
1xSalt and seasoned pepper
1xCasings

Directions

Boil heads, kidney and tounge, save water. Grind meats.

Saute onions in a little fat. Add to meat mixture and add salt and pepper to taste. Stuff mixture into casings then place in saved water and steam for a short time.
