| 5 | pounds | Pigs heads, kidney and toung |
| 2 | xes | Onions, medium, chopped |
| 1 | x | Salt and seasoned pepper |
| 1 | x | Casings |
Directions
Boil heads, kidney and tounge, save water. Grind meats.
Saute onions in a little fat. Add to meat mixture and add salt and pepper to taste. Stuff mixture into casings then place in saved water and steam for a short time.
