|5 pounds||Pigs heads, kidney and toung|
|2 xes||Onions, medium, chopped|
|1 x||Salt and seasoned pepper|
Boil heads, kidney and tounge, save water. Grind meats.
Saute onions in a little fat. Add to meat mixture and add salt and pepper to taste. Stuff mixture into casings then place in saved water and steam for a short time.
