2½ cup Flour
2 cups Sugar
1¼ cup Oil
⅓ cup Milk
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Salt (optional)
4 xes Eggs
3 cups Carrots ;finely grated (6)
1 cup Walnuts ;chopped

325 degree oven. Grease 10 in. tube pan in a large bowl measure first 9 ingredients with mixer at low speed. Increase to high speed and mix for 5 min., scrape bowl. Stir in carrots and nuts. Pour into pan.

Bake 1 hr 10 min. then remove from pan ~--
