Cardamon roast

| 3 | cups | Water |
| 1 | cup | Vinegar |
| 2 | teaspoons | Ground cardamon seed |
| ½ | tablespoon | Brown sugar |
| 1 | Onion; chopped | |
| 1 | Stalk celery; chopped | |
| 1 | Bay leaf | |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Thyme |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in roasting pan. Bake 4 to 6 hours at 275 degrees.
