Carambola chutney

1 cup

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Carambola (star fruit) cubed (3/4 lb)
¼ cup Sugar
½ cup Dry red wine
1 tablespoon Ginger, peeled finely chopped
¼ teaspoon Ground cloves
2 tablespoons White wine vinegar

Directions

Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan and stir well. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cook for 25 minutes or until slightly thickened.
