Carambola chutney

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Carambola (star fruit) cubed (3/4 lb) |
| ¼ | cup | Sugar |
| ½ | cup | Dry red wine |
| 1 | tablespoon | Ginger, peeled finely chopped |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Ground cloves |
| 2 | tablespoons | White wine vinegar |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan and stir well. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cook for 25 minutes or until slightly thickened.
