Candy shop pizza

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Flour
½ teaspoon Baking soda
½ teaspoon Salt
10 tablespoons Butter -- softened
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Brown sugar
1 \N Egg
12 ounces Nestles semi-sweet morsels
½ cup Peanut butter
1 cup Candy bars -- chopped

Preheat oven to 375F. Lightly grease 14 inch pizza pan or 15x10 x1 inch baking pan. In small bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt.

In large mixer bowl beat butter, sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.

Beat in egg and vanilla extract. Gradually beat in flour mixture.

Stir in 1 cup chocolate morsels. Spread in prepared pan. Bake 20 to 24 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately sprinkle remaining 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels over crust; drop peanut butter by spoonfulls on morsels. Let stand 5 minutes or until morsels become soft and shiny. Gently spread chocolate and peanut butter over crust.

Decorate pizza with candy bars, broken up. Cut into wedges, serve warm.
